Shipping policy

All products are made to order and fulfilled through Gelato’s global print network. Once an order is placed, it is sent to the nearest production facility for printing, which typically takes 1–3 business days. After production is complete, the order is shipped using local carriers to ensure faster delivery and reduced shipping distances.

Estimated delivery times vary by location. Orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days in the UK, 3–6 business days in the USA and Canada, 3–5 business days within Europe, 4–7 business days in Australia and New Zealand, and approximately 5–10 business days for other international destinations. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, and quantity ordered. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
